Buyora – Money‑Back Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with Buyora. If you cancel within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge and meet the eligibility criteria below, you are entitled to a full refund of that charge.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a full refund, you must:

• Cancel within 30 days of the first paid charge;
• Submit your refund request via one of the following:
  • Your account dashboard
  • Email: help@wearebuyora.com
  • In-app message or chat
• Comply with these conditions once per user for the first charge only.

3. Refund Process

• Refund requests are reviewed within 5 to 10 business days.
• If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method, with a confirmation email sent to you.
• The refund amount will equal the charged plan fee; trial fees are not refundable.

4. No Refunds in These Cases

After the first 30-day period, no refunds or credits will be provided for:

• Partial subscription periods
• Downgrades or cancellations made after 30 days
• Unused time within an active billing cycle
• Subscription cancellations made after the renewal date

5. EU/UK Consumer Rights

• You have 14 days from your first payment to withdraw without reason, in accordance with applicable law.
• If you request immediate access to the Service and expressly waive your withdrawal right at purchase, you may only be entitled to a pro-rata refund, or no refund for already delivered digital services.

6. Chargebacks

We recommend contacting us at help@wearebuyora.com before initiating any chargeback with your bank. Disputes can usually be resolved quickly and amicably.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in the termination of your access and legal action.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Money‑Back Policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and communicated via email or in-app notice where required. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
