These Subscription Terms form part of the legal agreement between you and LAGATE BUSINESS LTD (“Buyora”, “we”, “us”). They apply in addition to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Money-Back Policy.
We offer a 7-day trial for new users.
The default subscription plan will be applied unless a specific plan is selected at signup.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

You must provide a valid payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) when signing up.
By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees (including taxes) to your payment method.
If a payment fails, we may retry automatically, suspend your account, or terminate access to the Service, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancelling prevents future renewals. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period.
Note: Deleting your Buyora account does not cancel your subscription.
To the extent permitted by law, we may update pricing or billing intervals.
Except as required by law, all charges are non-refundable.
However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge after the trial. See our Money-Back Policy for eligibility criteria and refund instructions.
Beyond that, no refunds or credits are issued for:
If you reside in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the first paid charge.

If you request immediate access and confirm the waiver of this right, only a proportional refund (or none, for fully delivered digital content) may apply.
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding your payment, please contact us first at help@wearebuyora.com. We can usually resolve most issues quickly.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to immediate account suspension and legal action.
We may revise these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and may also be communicated via email or within your account.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
